My Stylist was Cat here in Victoria, TX. She did an awesome job from beginning to end! I will not let any other stylist cut my hair besides her ever again. She had a very difficult customer right before me that upset her but her team members said it wasn’t her fault and boosted her confidence. She did such an awesome job I left her a $30 tip since I’m sure the guy before me left her nothing. Cat has a customer for life! Thanks!

Have used the Victoria texas location for the last ten years or more! There is a large turn over of employees at this location, for the most part, you get a decent haircut, every now and then there is a not so decent cut, I get it, luck of the draw! The staff has been courteous and they and I understand they want to do a good job, which brings up my next question, When a customer asks for the “VIP” shouldn’t they receive everything that is included in the description?! I have always chosen the VIP for obvious reasons, it’s a relaxing package for a decent cost! My last two visits were somewhat disappointing! I ask for VIP, after cut, I’m asked, “ do you want to wash it out”?, answer-yes, after wash, back at chair, asked “do you want the massage”?, answer-yes, while hair is still wet, employee combs hair then proceeds to announce, “all done”, no drying of hair, no rechecking for touch ups that may be needed! Two different visits, two different employees, same results!?! I always include a tip be it cash or on the card and have enjoyed Sports Clips, but if this is the new protocol for the VIP package, maybe I should shop around!

Called at 3:30 and said we were having issues with their check in online. They told me to come in and to check in when we got there. They closed at 5 and we got there at 3:55. When we walked in the girl immediately asked if we had checked in and I said again, no I was having issues with your online site. She said their wait time exceeded their closing time and wouldn’t take anymore customers. I told her what I was told over the phone and she shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t know who you talked to. I asked her if she could find out since we drove all the way from a neighboring town and she just smirked, giggled, and said no.

Some good barbers, last several visits there is a new hire that is terrible at fading which is a big portion of the job. Check-in software is terrible as well. I often wait twice as long as the time stated online when I check-in from home. Have been coming here for the last year since moving to Victoria, but will be looking for new barber shop.
