This place has the absolute worst customer service. My kids go here so I went in trying to get a gift card. I had a request from a giving tree for a Middle School boy that he wanted a hair cut gift card for Christmas. These are anonymous for obvious reasons. I was told when I went to get the gift card that they could not help me as I did not have the boys phone number or name. I explained I did not have this information since it was a giving tree. When I asked if there was no other way to just buy a gift card the rude person at the desk said nope and waked off. REALLY seems like this would be limiting your business. I took my 100$ somewhere else and I will not bring my kids to Sports Clips any longer. We will take our business somewhere else.

Showed up when they opened I was 2nd in line. When I was waiting to sign in the girl told me to use the second keyosk to help keep the line moving then took the guy behind me who hadn’t even checked in yet apparently I was taking too long so now I’m waiting 25 minutes to get my haircut. Rudest person I’ve came across here. Will try another location next time even though I’ve been coming here for years..

Stopped in this morning, just before 10 am, and found that the lights were turned off and no one there…No sign indicating a late opening or otherwise…Not the first time this has happened.

Had a very friendly Lady. I was pretty clear on what I wanted (skin fade, with a hard part). Thought she understood what we were talking about. Whole time she has me faced away from the mirror, no big deal. Until we’re done and she just shaved my hair up to the part. I decided not to say anything and just give it a day to adjust. Not what I wanted but it happens. Then I noticed there’s parts on the side that aren’t even even. so I called and left a message to ask for a refund and see but at least having it evened out. Been a few days and I still haven’t heard back. Very disappointed. I’ve been a few times and never had an issue but very disappointed that now that there was an issue they won’t follow through and fix it :/

Friendly staff. They were accommodating of my autistic kids’ needs, and the environment was bright and welcoming. If you’re a fan of sports, they offer tvs with whatever game is playing at the time (football, basketball, baseball, maybe others) to entertain you with. Decent selection of products on hand. Check in online is absolutely recommended so you don’t have to wait as long in the lobby. Zero complaints. Will return next time he needs a cut.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now to compare the quality and wait times to my local Barbara. Usually I can get in for a cut with a wait time around 30 minutes. My first several cuts I have no complaints with the quality or service. I have always just walked in used the self check-in at the counter. This time a decided to download the App and do the check in from home. When using the App it will give you a choice to select your favorite stylist. That only works if your stylist still works there. So I was forced to close my eyes and trow the dart. If they wanted to make the App or even the web-site more friendly they should give a Bio on the hair Stylist that are working there so we can make an intelligent decision base on history or experience. The App does nothing more than allow you to select your location and check in. With or without the App you still receive a text letting you know your ETA. I do like how it displays the in the lobby your wait time not sure if the App gives the same info. When my stylist was ready she asked me to check-in at the counter. She then was looking at her computer screen to see what I had done last time I came in. She then asked my if I was getting the same as last time. I said yes, however they did not update the data from my last several cuts for whatever reason. She called out a number for the the cut as I I told her I don’t now what that number is because I didn’t recall that from several cuts before. So I told her make it shorter than it is now and we can always go shorter. The last cut that was recorded in the system was in July of last year just before my birthday which I decided to get a crew-cut. I proceeded to my chair where she gave me a clean “Styling Cape” and neck cloth. Then before I knew what was happening she started to shave my head with the clippers as the hair fell directly into my eyes. It was a huge chunk of hair. I asked her to stop so I can get the hair out of my eyes and understand why she was not using the scissors. She said it’s a little shorter than a fingers length and much easier to just use the clippers. The damage was already done so she finished the job. She clipped my hair in a world record breaking time. I couldn’t believe how fast she was. I have never in my entire life experienced such a rushed job. She then took the mirror to show me the back which looked different than before. I asked her to fix it and she did. I paid for my over priced rushed cut with a tip included.(why) She then tried to sell me hair-gel because I will not be able to comb it at this length. I polity declined.

At first my husband was not sure about this place. But finally, I convince him to give it a try. He was so impressed after Sony done his haircut. My husband really had good experience at Sport clips. They have a friendly and professional staff. His hair came out just the way he like. Sony really took her time to make sure that my husband satisfied and happy with the haircut. He will definitely be back!
