My husband was very loyal to his barber, and the only reason he even went in is because they open earlier (at 9 am). You must sign in electronically whether you do it on the app or on their little kiosk in-store, so download the app to save yourself the frustration of figuring out their kiosk while people wait behind you. Your name goes up on the board for everyone to see the names, wait times, and which stylist you’re waiting for, whether it’s “first available” or someone specific. The basic, no frills haircut is $16, but if you want the extras they show on the TV commercials (shampoo, massage, hot towel, etc) then you upgrade to MVP and the cut is $25 (as of Dec 30 2022). Tasha cut his hair and it looked really great, he was very happy.

I went in today for a simple medium fade and came out looking ridiculous. My hair part was cut so high, it’s almost the top-center of my head. There are also random spots in the back of my hair like it went straight to scalp. I’ve never had that before. The lady who cut my hair was very nice but she was cutting my hair really fast. I’m not sure if she was ready to go or ready to get another customer. Also, her clippers were very dull so they pulled my hair out a lot. I still paid the $20 and gave her a small tip because I understand they may have to buy and/or maintain their equipment, but I won’t be going back. I’ve been once before and the experience was neutral, but that was with a different employee.

I came in before having to travel for my job after time off at Christmas and asked for a mid-fade. Granted they were nice and the online check-in service worked well as I didn’t have to wait long for my haircut, but when I was sat in the chair it all went downhill. The lady went way too high on the sides, giving me a marine corps style bootcamp cut and when I looked in the mirror at the end the back of my head was horribly uneven. I mean it was to the skin on top of my head. How is that a MID FADE? My friends and coworkers have been commenting on how horrible of a haircut it is and it’s embarrassing. “Dude, I can’t get over your haircut”, is what my friend said verbatim to me today. The best I could do was buzz it all off. I’ve never had to buzz my head after a haircut and hopefully I’ll never have to again. What a horrible experience. I don’t even want to leave the house the way I look right now. Don’t ask for a fade here because you’ll end up with a lopsided high and tight.

This place is a joke using the website to check in. Last visit, a year ago I arrived when I was supposed to the system had me queued for a 3 minute wait. 45 minutes later they called me ?????? So after a year decided to try again this time gave me an IMMEDIATE time, I live 15 minutes away, you guessed it. I was off the list and when I explained what happened gal looked at me like I WAS STUPID, and put me on bottom of the list to wait Close to a half hour. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Not to mention that online sign-in they have which causes wait times of at least an hour. Why isnt there a shop in town where you walk in, wait less than 30 minutes and get a haircut for under 20 bucks? Flowbee, here I come!!!!
