Walked in to get a haircut and I was told it would be an hour and a half wait. This was at 2:45pm on Wednesday, January 4th. There was NO ONE waiting!!! Literally not one single person. I was told I had to wait because it messes up the queue. No offense lady but people not showing on time for their appointments is not my problem. You could have taken 15 minutes out of your day to cut my hair, take my money, and move on to the next customer. Now you have an unhappy customer who will NEVER return!

Unfortunately, their check-in process is so horrendous and I was under a severe crunch to get in so I called and (I believe it was Bridgette) was unwilling to help me over the phone that I won’t be back.
