Worst place ever!!! Their app told me to come in at 4 hours from check in. I checked in at noon and figure I should be there by 345pm. At 330pm I get a text saying I’m next in line and to show up now. I get there at 345 pm and tell the lady at the front desk that I’m here. She said OK I’ll check you in. Waiting an additional 45 minutes and tell the manager when is my turn to get a haircut?!? Since every person that was in the lobby had already gone back and somebody showed up after me. She tells me that they don’t make appointments and that their app just has an estimated time and that even though I was told to show up early to my check in time. That it didn’t guarantee for me to get a haircut at that time. What kind of nonsense is that?!? Why tell somebody to show up and then say that that’s not really the time you are going to get a haircut!!! Worst customer service from a hair place not coming back and will not recommend to nobody!!!

So my first time at Sports Clips. Took advantage of their free service provided on Veteran’s Day. I went in expecting a free haircut and was mightily impressed with their MVP service. Haircut, followed by a wash while I was seated in a heated vibrating chair that included a warm face towel, a massage of my face and scalp and finally a deep muscle massage of my neck and shoulders. Simmone took very good care of me and I definitely felt spoiled. Will not be my last time at Sports Clips.

I made an appointment and was told 107 minute wait. I was waiting and sat there an addition 20 minutes past the original time. I asked how much longer it would be. One of the stylists told me the other stylist went to lunch and it would be an additional 30 minutes. My 107 minute wait turned into 157 minute wait. I voiced my disappointment and explained that I didn’t have time to wait any longer. I also explained my frustration with being told I’d be seen sooner than could accommodate. The stylist didn’t care in the least. They only had two stylist working and a waiting room full of people. I will never use the Vacaville Sportclips again.

I’m a military member and frequent customer. Today I checked in myself and my 16m old at the same time. Showed up, got cut first by Cece who did great. Then, instead of cutting my sons hair (which is super thin and takes 5 minutes, less time than an MVP), I was told to wait in the waiting area. We waited 20+ minutes while she cut someone who requested her. During this time my kiddo grew super fidgety and upset. His haircut, who we received from Lorraine, took way too long and he got the tip of his ear cut during the process.

I usually have Cece cut my hair but she left. I’m going on vacation and needed an haircut before I left. My stylist today was Jennifer. When I arrived somebody came in off the street wanting her and she said I would be I’ll get you right away. I was next and she took me back in less than 10 minutes she said I was done the worst haircut ever. not only was the haircut bad but she was the rudest stylist I have ever been too. The actual haircut that my son received was fine. However, the wait time was well over an hour and staff was curt when we walked in the door after we got our text notification to come in. I’m sure they are overworked and we’re clearly very busy, but the initial service was off-putting. She did listen to what we wanted and is very happy with his haircut.
