225pm. Used the SC app to do early check-in and chose stylist Victoria. App said 47 minute wait. I accepted. App then said 37 min wait (13 min drive 22 wait inside). Got there, waited a moment and associate helped check me in. It did say 24 min wait. Waited the 24-30 and then said 12 minute wait. There was another “first available” before me, so I waited. 20 minutes later she finishes, I get text be ready I’m next. I wait about 5 more minutes as she cleans up station. Then I watch her leave and my time jumps to 28 minute MORE wait. I ask other stylist what happened and she replied “oh she went to lunch”. At no point did anyone say, it will be 1.5 hours until she can help you when I arrived (time waited my turn then the 30 minutes lunch). She also never acknowledged me or to say anything. Just walked out. The staff didn’t seem to care much either as they had their customers. Wouldn’t recommend, disrespectful.

I like Sport Clips because they just cut men’s hair and I’m usually very satisfied with my cut when I leave, but it seems their staffing problems are causing a severe decline in customer service. $27 for a 15 minute cut, and you want a $7 tip minimum. So what did my $34 get me? A mediocre haircut while they try to upsell me on shampoo and hair products. I can’t recommend this place unless you have a stylist you like. Walk-ins are a crapshoot.

I’ve been a client of sports clips for years and they have excellent service. The hair stylists strive for perfection and outstanding customer service. Best haircut I’ve ever gotten. They make you feel right at home. Have friendly conversations. The employees are always well dressed and presentable. It’s an excellent experience coming to Sports Clips. Critical: ProfessionalismWell I have used this location in the past and have always been satisfied with their prompt and professional service. This is the first time I brought my son in for a haircut since Covid started.. I checked in online, arrived at the store and checked in inside and was asked if the haircut was for myself, to which I told the stylist it was for my son. She told me we were welcome to wait inside for the next available chair to open up. We sat there and waited approximately 25 minutes. Once we were ready to head back for his haircut, one of the stylists walked up and not in the nicest fashion told me “I don’t know why the other stylist didn’t tell you, but we can’t cut his hair unless he can sit alone for it, he cannot sit in your lap”. He is 21 months old, so I definitely have to hold him. No where online is this posted, and in the 25 minutes we sat waiting neither of them thought it might be a good idea to tell me?
