I don’t want to be harsh but I had an awful time today. I was sat in the chair for over an hour. And the haircut I got was not at all what I asked for. I asked for a simple trim and a side and back fade. I got most of my hair completely cut off due to miscommunication between staff. A new girl I’m assuming and a manager. They were nice and all but that doesn’t change the fact I paid $24 for a hair cut that was not at all what I wanted. I don’t want money back or anything. Simply to voice my disappointment. I’d been regrowing my hair for months and it was finally at a decent length that I liked again. That is now all gone and I’ve got a long 3 months to get it back. I also had no chance to get a word in edge wise because the second the person went in with scissors it was over. I’m sorry if this is harsh and I’ve never had this experience before but it was simply terrible. The top is uneven. The sides look like my girlfriend could’ve done better. I paid $24 for a $2 haircut. I hate complaining and all that but this was awful. You don’t cut hair if you don’t know. And you don’t fill in cutting hair without asking what the customer wanted to make sure you’re doing the job right by the customer. I will not be returning. Absolutely awful.

They are more than willing to give advice and help you find your best haircut, like any service, some people may be better at things than others, so be prepared to offer directions on what u like once you find your perfect cut, there great at their jobs and take it serious, overall great place for a guy to get a haircut! She just took the twitching in stride and still gave me the cleanest cut in YEARS. She was nice, welcoming, and accommodating with the whole nerve issue.
