Absolutely loved it. I went in expecting to just try it out because I had a coupon. However, the MVP haircut I received was amazing. It wasn’t expensive at all in comparison to the local barbershops I’ve been to. The barber knew just was cut to give me for my curls. The hot towel and the hair wash mixed with the environment was just top of the line. Totally underrated barbershop. 10/10 will go again.

Stylist and cut were fine. Giving 2 stars only because inside the store they are soliciting customers to donate to veteran scholarship fund. That’s all well and good but they don’t offer veteran free cut on veterans day… even though the company states so nationally.. When we arrived the lady told me that that cost for her haircut would be $10 extra, bringing the total to $28 (the cost for a child that is under 10 is $18). When I asked her why, she said that my daughter “has a lot of hair” and that “it is a complicated haircut.” I asked her to cut her hair into a bob and layer it, which is a very basic cut for anyone. Interestingly enough, I have taken my daughter to this exact location in the past and have never been asked to pay this extra $10 fee. Needless to say, I will never take any members of my family to a Sport Clips again. In the future, if you want to upcharge your clientele, you should have it clearly advertised on your board so that the customer knows what to expect ahead of time. I’m not sure if it was worth it for them to refuse to cut her hair at the advertised $18 rate, but it cost them a customer. This place was very good at one time. Although today, we were there first in line to get our haircut and they cut us off because they had people that THEY knew go first. This is bad customer service if you ask me. I will not be coming here anymore due to favoritism. Their lucky they are even getting 1 star. Do not recommend this place if you like getting cut off in line.
