Girl with black hair is AWFUL!!!! Yelling at my son!!!!! Treated him like less than a human being for simply turning in a chair, or leaning against a sink. She must not have any kids or just be the most miserable person in Troy! She also is rude when you ask to cut a little more off! She must think she knows everything and she doesn’t! Didn’t tip because she didn’t deserve one for her attitude and hurtful remarks.

I take my 6yr old autistic son to sports clips he has seen miss Amanda there both times and he absolutely loved the experience and I myself love that he l9ves to get his hair cut now and that she made it a great experience for him not all stylist do that so yes she is amazing and so is the entire staff there they are passionate about the job even when it comes to kids with special needs they take their time and are sensitive with the child’s feelings and respectful to the over protective mom. Signed in online and was told to arrive at 12:47pm. I arrived at the recommended arrival time, signed in, and display then showed I still had over an hour wait. Parents frequently check-in online for one person and then show up with several kids generating longer wait times for everyone else than originally told. Until they stop allowing parents to do this, I will not be coming back. I wasted my gas and time driving up there just to sit around. I have a schedule to keep. I suggest sport clips start keeping theirs.
