Fast, good haircuts. The online check in is nice as it helps you check in and tells you when to go to the salon. Its a chain store so they aren’t always detail oriented for things such as ears, beard lines and stuff like a real barber shop but the cuts are presentable, it’s fast (like 15-20 mins) and they do communicate with you during the cut (is this okay, what size, etc).
