Amazing haircuts!! Lena is the best hair stylist I’ve ever had!! She is so accommodating, friendly, professional and always goes above and beyond for her customers. My hair always comes out looking great and she is always positive and such a role model to her team. She is truly an asset for Sport Clips, I will only go to the Tracy location to let Lena cut my hair. She has stayed open a little late just to cut my hair. She has the kindest heart and conversations with her while in her chair are the best. Lena has been cutting my hair for 6 years now and I refuse to go anywhere else. Every year on my birthday she has always cut my hair as well!!

I just moved to Tracy and was looking for a good barbershop so I decided to use this location due to the reviews. I took my son into the barbershop yesterday and showed the barber exactly what I wanted his haircut to look like and the barber said “ok” and gave a nod of affirmation. When my son was finished not only was his haircut completely wrong I had to ask her to give my son a shape up and she barely did that. Coming from the east coast, you didn’t have to ask barbers to provide a shape up when you get your haircut.I say that to say, she messed my sons head up so now I’m going to have to pay twice for a haircut when I only needed one.

Checked in ahead of time online and when I verified my arrival I was told the wait would be 53 minutes. So I went to Home Depot in the mean time which took about 15 min. When I got back to the store my name had been erased from the board. I asked what happened to our names and was told I’d have to make another appointment and come back. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been coming here for years but will now be going elsewhere if this is how it’s going to be.

Superb experience. The only thing I don’t like is the time they spent on the shoulder and neck massage. At least 5-10 mins should be spent on shoulder and neck massage. Other than that I am feeling good about their service.
