I have been a customer for many years. My friend has questioned me why I come to this store when they are so unfriendly. Well, today Kimberly did not allowed me to have a haircut when I arrived few minute before closing. The store still said it was open. Again, they just are unfriendly and have no sense of customer service. I normally come with my son, and my son does not want to have a hair cut with her. Just unfriendly. Go to the store in Rancho Palos Verdes on Western. It is much better.

So, I went in and asked for a trim. I provided pictures. I told them what I wanted. They cut off waaaayyyy to much hair. Now, my hair sticks up funny. They asked if I was satisfied. I said no, they insisted it was fine. They gave me no discount. Claimed my business is important to them. This was not a good experience.
