The stylist turnover rate for this location is very high. So, if you prefer having the same stylist cut your hair this is not the place for you. Every stylist that was ever any good here, IMO, hasn’t stayed long. I think it speaks to a bad work culture the owner has created.

Never had a problem in any location until yesterday “J” cut my hair, after listening to her stories about how she could not swim drunk, she cuts my neck as she was trimming the edges. They used to be really good but since earlier this year the actual stylist left the location and the new ones are rude, don’t know what they are doing. We were on deck and the stylist switched our spot with the one having 45min wait. Customer service has gone poor and if you complain the stylist say go complain the owner they know our situation. Sorry but they lost a loyal customer. I still would like to Thank them for the great work they done in past, i wish the owner find the same good old stylist.
