This was my first time at Sport Clips and as such, I was supposed to get the MVP package…I did not have a nice experience at all! The stylist was nice enough, however fresh out of barber school and lacked confidence. He had to check with manager to make sure he was cutting my hair correctly. I was ok with that, but during the shampoo, he burned the top of my head with scalding hot water. I jumped up out of the chair it hurt so bad! Me jumping up out of the chair then caused water to run down the back of my shirt! Literally could not even finish rinsing it properly nor could I get the rest of the MVP package because the top of my head hurt so bad and the back of my shirt is soaked! After all of that, I STILL payed full price!! Don’t think I’ll be back after that.

White girl in the green hair, forgot her name, was really sweet to talk to. But she messed up my hair big time. I got a low skin fade, showed her a picture so that she wouldn’t mess up. But fade was up too high and EXTREMELY spotty. I always have the same cut but never did anyone use shaver on the fade (Immean definitely to remove hairs on the lower end, but she used shaver all over). And she nicked me with a shaver. (understandable, accidents happen, bud did not even tell me that I was bleeding).

First time visiting Sports Clips, as the stylist I usually see elsewhere moved on. Check-in/wait was simple. I got matched up with Becca whom I told to be gentle as it was my first time haha. Whole experience was soothing and relaxing. Becca explained the MVP process, and was enthusiastic throughout the entire visit. Was honestly blown away at what’s all included in what would normally be a simple haircut anywhere else. Definitely got back to my car with a smile, and feeling rejuvenated. Glad I took a chance on stopping by, and definitely found my new girl to trust with my hair. I’m now impatiently waiting for my hair to grow so I can revisit. And if she’s in, be sure to ask for Becca!!

I will never go there again. I checked in online for my grandson to get his hair cut. There was no wait time. The two people that wew there were already checked in Four people came in after us and were taken care before him. If we didn’t need to have his hair cut that night I would have walked out. Never again.
