My son and I are normal patrons here and our stylist is always Bridget. She is great and this review is meant for everyone but her. I had trouble checking in online through the mobile app. So I called and a rude woman answered. Their comment to me was come tomorrow we want to go home. I asked for a name and they hung up on me. This was the rudest experience I have had in the 6-7 years of going to this location. I would love to walk in this location so all of this can be said to my face. I will consider going back only after I speak to the manager.

Finally took the plunge and cleaned off the scragglies accumulated during the pandemic. It was a Friday morning and two other “men’s hair professional” salon chains said “yeah I know our web site says we take walk-ins, but that changed with the pandemic, you need an appointment now, and first available is Monday evening or Tuesday afternoon. Called Sport Clips and they said come right over, they STILL don’t do appointments, they were a little busy but the wait would not be more than 45 mins. So when I got there found my wait was only about 10 minutes, and I got one of the best hair cuts I have ever had, exactly the way I wanted it, and the hot towel, etc really does help you relax. The lady doing my hair was excellent, asked the right questions so she knew what I wanted. I will definitely be using Sport Clips Tinley Park for my future hair cuts.

Best place around for a great hair cut. All of the staff are very friendly, welcoming. The MVP cut is the best – instead of washing your hair first, they cut first. Great for people with short hair that do not want all those little hairs on their neck, itching until you get a chance to go home and shower. I have been going there for over and year and have nothing but great experiences!
