Walked out. Made appt on app. Got several updates on appt time. Left house and got to store near when text said i should. Recieved text my stylist was ready. Sat there and after several customers were helped before me i asked about the text telling me my stylist was ready. Was told that the other customers were there before me and i would have to wait. Why would you have an online check in and texts lying to a customer telling them to proceed into the store thier stylist was ready to put them at the back of the line. Girls at register didnt care, i will never use this place again. Cant stand a buisness that lies and uses deceptive practices to get customers.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityGot a haircut tonight, it if I might say it is horrific… in the past the haircuts have all been 5 star but tonight it was truly horrendous. Asked for half an inch on the sides and back she gave me a full inch! Asked for the same thing on top and she did the same thing. All in all my hair is way too short and it’s her fault. And on top of it all we had to wait a full hour to get my hair cut even though there were 2 people cutting hair and 3 peoples hair to get cut in front of me. Got a haircut tonight, it if I might say it is horrific… in the past the haircuts have all been 5 star but tonight it was truly horrendous. Asked for half an inch on the sides and back she gave me a full inch! Asked for the same thing on top and she did the same thing. All in all my hair is way too short and it’s her fault.
