I went in with an easy haircut in mind and also a picture to show how I would like it. The stylist told me that was easy to do and she would take care of me. She started using the clippers and pulled my hair and my head jolted and I have disc disease in my neck where any fast movement of my neck could hurt me worse. My fault was not asking for a mirror to look at the back bc I just wanted to run outta there. I went to Sports Clips in the same plaza the next day and they were extremely welcoming and fixed my hair!

So I’m a teenager and my mom takes me here, I went like 2 times ago and my haircut was so awful I didn’t want to go back, so I asked my mom to go to her hair stylist and of course that falls through. Whatever, ill just get a haircut here again. Saying I want a TRIM on the top does not mean i want 3/4 of the length taken off my hair. This has happened 2 times now, school starts in a few days and i’m left with my awful hair cut that looks terrible on me. The stylists seem to do whatever they want with your hair, the most recent time they never asked me if I wanted gel in my hair, just put it in without telling me. never. again. My hair is uneven on both sides, and there are still long hairs on the sides when it was supposed to be shaven down. I’m so upset, not to mention it’s expensive for what you get.

Making an appointment online does not mean anything. My appointment was at 9:52 am on Dec 24. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and checked in. The stylist called the first in line and my my appointment was pushed by 24 minutes. I asked to change mine to first available and still need to wait for a while.

Way overpriced $28 for just a simple trim and plus a $3 tip because I feel bad not leaving something would have left more but the girl who talks very fast. Doesn’t let you talk one, she did my haircut in 12 minutes left patches of long hair compared to shorter hair on the fade I wanted. The top was full of longer hairs that she didn’t trim very well basically me needing another haircut at an actual barber. Definitely not worth $28 and should have not tipped. Will never go back to this location

My stylist completely screwed up a basic, simple cut. My left side burn was cut so unprofessionally short, I am embarrassed to go out. I didn’t notice until I got home. The line was cut ABOVE the temple on my glasses and the one on the other side, 3/4 inch below it. Ridiculously lopsided. I would NEVER recommend Sport Clips… The entire Sport Clips business is responsible if they have someone this awful on staff.

He told me he understood, needed no in depth explanation and went to work.
