Have used this location for multiple years and the quality of haircuts and customer service continues to dwindle. Every time they get a quality stylist, they are gone before the next time I schedule a haircut. Just received a subpar haircut from Shannon who clearly is having a rough day and wanted to argue over what a “part line” (hard part, in her words) is. Confirmed that I did NOT want my typical haircut that is documented on the receipt they print off twice, and wound up with the exact opposite of what I asked for on length. Time to put some serious effort into some customer service guys…

I checked in online on 5/25/22 and arrived at store a few minutes before the time recommended by the online system. I was number 4 on the list of 7 or 8 (so the online check-in helped). After about 10 minutes, a guy walked in and checked in at the store (and was fifth or sixth in line on the list). A couple minutes later, he told them he’d checked in online but it didn’t show. The correct response to his complaint would have been: “I’m sorry, sir, I don’t know why your online reservation is not showing on our computerized list, but I have to follow our list in order to avoid being unfair to all the customers who are checked in ahead of you.” Instead, they told him he would be next, thereby treating unfairly all the customers who had checked in ahead of him. I told them since they were not following their own list, I was leaving. Now, either that guy made an online reservation at some other store or he failed to complete his online reservation. Either way, that was his problem alone until this store decided to make it a problem for everyone else. Sports Clips has lost me as a customer. Fortunately, there are many competitors who aren’t so short-sighted.
