I was pleased with the service. But I had a $5 off coupon for a $20 haircut. It should have been $16.?? I was charged $19.21. I told her to keep the 20 $4.00 tip. (It shouldn’t have been $19.?? Since she rang it up wrong i told her to keep the $1 The stylist looked at me as though wasn’t a good enough tip. I felt bad so I took back the 1 dollar and gave her $5 tip. After I got home I thought $19 and i had a $5 off coupon.

I took my three boys (ages 11, 9, and 6) here today and JoAna did all of their haircuts with great results! She was personable, and responsive to my requests and the boys’. Very good with kids. This place was good, but the last few times I’ve made an appointment online only to get there, and wait 30 minutes before giving up. If you take reservations online and give a time frame, you should be within 30 minutes of the time given. After two years of loyalty, I won’t be going back to this location!

I wish I could give less then 1star. I asked for a trim and fade on my shoulder length Mohawk. I walked out mad af with a choppy ass haircut. See pics.Update: spoke to the owners. I was told they are not going to do anything about this issue. If I want to Pursue this further to get a lawyer.
