I walked in and immediately was asked “Are you here for a haircut?” Of course I said yes I mean that’s what you guys do right? I checked in & had about a 12 minute wait… no long at all someone was in the chair & 1 ahead. Good thing there were two stylist! I chose to be served by whoever was open no biggie as I was only there for a trim service. I couldn’t remember her name, but I do remember her saying she had been a stylist for “over 30 years” so nice to say I was pretty comfortable with that. I was up next and had to get off of the phone so I could be properly serviced. I had Great convo with the stylist she was awesome, quick and friendly! I would definitely come back! I appreciate her time and effort. I will say I was a bit nervous, but “it’s just hair & it’ll grow back”. But the stylist made me immediately feel welcome. Even though my hair is extremely soft and fluffy she had not problem managing my hair! Thank you again, I love the Cut and I will recommend this to anyone for quick and easy-going services.

I had two haircuts both of which were horrible and Janell the white lady with the short blonde hair, older lady was EXTREMELY rough both times with my head, both haircuts are not of what I asked for and today(12/10/2022) I wanted to see if it was me because my first interaction with her was very unpleasant, uncomfortable when my sole purpose is to sit their and get a haircut. My first haircut reaction was when I came in was the usual “welcome in, did you check in online” and I replied “no” so I used the kiosk to do that..waited until my turn sat down and the woman talking to me was talking about something very personal and even started to cry…I consulted her and asked her to vent and to my reaction she make me feel uncomfortable having literally asked on her to elaborate while. All the while I’m getting a haircut I never EVEN ASKED FOR..changes what I asked for and making me feel even more uncomfortable and EXTREMELY persistent on standing right next to me while I’m doing the transaction part almost to ensure that she gets a tip every time and pretty she she does this to every customer and to my reaction she did because having came in the second time I thought it could be me and I approached everyone as I walked in so today on 12/10/2022 I came in for my second haircut to truly and see if it was me from sometime that passed from my first haircut. I came in quite checked in and sat down not saying a word… very frustrated and hopes for the next customer they at least get a calm and not so rough haircut or someone crying and making you feel bad

Leslie, took care of me and was very professional . There was a mother in the store with her daughter going wild on the chair and wasn’t being supervised. Leslie mentioned that she could not spin in the chair and the mother lashed out. It’s sad that the public has to step in when a mother doesn’t discipline her child . Especially for liability and safety reasons
