This has been my go to place to get me and my son’s hair cut. V has always been the one I go to. She has done an amazing job. Today we went in to get our hair done but sadly V was not there. So we signed in for first available. First issue is we sat there for 2 hours while we watched everyone else that came in after us get their hair cut. Then my son was up next and we still sat there for 45 minutes before he was called. When Shannon came up to get my son she had a “why are you here?” Attitude right off the bat. She spent maybe 10 minutes slipping his hair and sent him back to me. The front of his head looked like she cut his bangs into a wave. Even he said this is not at all what I asked for. When asked to fix the front she huffed and pulled her scissors back out and just cut a straight line across his forehead. Normally I tip because the stylist does a pretty good job. Today I did not and she clearly was watching for a tip. As I was paying I was making sure we were done. So I sat there for a good 3 minutes until she finally looked up and said “did you need something else?” I didn’t know that they added snarky to the services they provide. To sum it all up I will not go here again. Instead I will go to one of the many barbershops on Terrell even if it costs me a little more to do so. Sad to see how this place has fallen.
