I’m not usually the type to leave a bad review but looking at the aftermath of my haircut, I am very disappointed. My main priority going here was just to clean up my sides and neck. I told the lady that I wanted a 2 on the sides and to leave the top long so I can style it. The very first thing she did was shave the front of my hair off. I reminded her multiple times that I wanted it long but she did not listen to me at all. She also started shaving down from the very top of my head which looks awful. I added before and after pictures. This is very upsetting.

This was single hardly the worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life. As someone who has attempted to cut their own hair and let my brother cut it at times this cut hair does not compare. Quiet honestly I am not sure she knew how to cut hair she did not listen to what I asked for. I asked for .5 in off the top not leave .5 in. They should have payed me to let them cut my hair. Least I say I will never be returning.

I been a customer at this location for several years. Kim is awesome, best stylist there. Stay away from Ricky he’s rude and arrogant. When I called the shop he gave me a big attitude and hung up on me. When I went to the shop I told him I didn’t appreciate his attitude and being hung up on. No apology, just an attitude. Will never go back.

Very disappointed. Just retired to Naples. Read all about this company online. My experience was nothing like the website representation. Website states a first visit receives a free upgrade which includes a hot towel facial and a neck and shoulder massage. Also states a $2 senior discount of which I am entitled to. I am 69 years old. I got a #3 Caesar which is a buzz cut with a #3 clipper blade. I never received my towel treatment or message and was charged $22 which was the posted price on the board for a normal haircut. I felt like I was being ripped-off in every way possible. I won’t be returning. There are many other haircutters in the area. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. A close friend of mine goes to Great Clips and gets a great haircut at a reasonable price. It’s a little bit of a drive but it’s worth getting some distance between me this place. My honest recommendation….go elsewhere.

Disappointed!!. Went to Lizzie several times and she was great. Great haircut. Very friendly. A very nice experience. Lizzie no longer works there. I assume she got a better job. She always had a very long waiting list, and was very popular. Last time I went there I had Amy as my barber. She took about 10 minutes, maximum, to cut my hair. It was a very poor job. When I got home my wife said it didn’t look like I even got a haircut. Amy wasn’t friendly. I don’t need friendly, but in fact, she was very unfriendly. It felt like I was doing her a favor. Not sure if I’ll be back, but if I do come back, it certainly won’t be with Amy.

Overall a decent, budget hair saloon. You won’t get expert stylists, and the waiting times are really long, but the low price and guaranteed (mediocre) quality somewhat make up for it. You’ll get a new stylist almost every time, which may be less than desirable for those looking for a personalized experience.
