If you’re looking for a great haircut please make sure you ask for Alexis at Sycamore Sport Clips. She is now my ‘go to’ stylist when getting my hair cut. Asked her for to try something different and low maintenance. Showed her a couple examples of what I liked and she knew exactly what would work for me and I couldn’t be happier with results.

Worst haircut experience I have ever had! I am a regular here but will never return! My hair was all different lengths, didn’t blend into my beard, didn’t trim my neck, didn’t clean the hair off my face etc.. I could go on. I contacted the manager about 30 minutes after I left to get my $ back. She claimed she would contact me back later that day. Here we are 3 days later and I still have not heard back! Due to this I will never return!

The visit itself was really nice, but the use of their online registration was not. I was trying to register my boys and it would not allow me to. I was able to register me, but not them. As I not completely 100% computer savvy, maybe this had something to do with it .

Used the app to confirm hours of operation. App wouldn’t let me book a reservation. Got to the shop & there wasn’t much of a wait. A mother was there and her two boys & they were getting their hair cut. The stylist finished up w/ one of the boys and took me back to her chair. All of my data was available to her from my past cuts at my hometown Sports Clips in Columbus, OH. She asked if I wanted to go w/ those & I said 2 on the sides is fine but let’s just trim up the top since I don’t have much up there these days. Got the MVP treatment too. Massage of the shoulders & neck was awesome. Hot towel on the face felt good too. Shampoo & scalp massage felt great as well. After not having my hair cut since before fall, I felt like a new man. Thank you Sports Clips of DeKalb for being open at 7:30pm and for being so kind.
