I would like to give it more stars because everyone there is so nice and it’s so clean there, but I showed the lady what I wanted done and I told her just above my collarbone and that is not what I got. My hair is a little above my shoulders, there’s barely any layers, and the back is choppy and shorter than the front. Sadly I will not be coming back or if I do it’ll be with a different stylist.

I went to this Sports Clips this morning and waited an hour and a half to get a haircut! Mind you they were short staffed so I wasn’t mad. Alyssa gave me my haircut, she acted like she didn’t want to be there, she wasn’t very friendly, she did not do her job correctly. My beard is not done how I wanted it to be, it’s not even by any means, she didn’t do the hair wash and hot towel like it’s supposed to be done. She didn’t ask me if the towel was too hot or if the water was too hot. I have been going to this location for a while now and I’ve never had any issues from this location! I will not allow Alyssa to do my haircut or beard again. Very disappointed!

Took my son here, was told to arrive on the check in site at 11:37. Get a text at 11:34 that the stylist would be ready in the next 15 min, we still arrived by 11:37 b/c we were on our way when the text came in for the 15 min. Still waited until 12:12 to be taken back. What’s the point of all the of that if the timing is way off? I can understand a bit of difference but that much isn’t good customer service. I guess just don’t expect, at this location, for the times they give you to be accurate. Plan accordingly or try a different location.

Usually the hair cut quality is good. I’ve had a few that weren’t that great. I like the mvp treatment it’s $22. Usually this service is good. I like the extra rub down, hot towel, and sweet hair washing. The girls are generally pretty friendly. I like their shampoo and use it at home. Tea tree stuff rocks the house.
