Over-priced Supercuts. They closed their bathroom to customers (for months now) and don’t even offer to wash hair. While sitting in the lobby, I got to “on deck”, but then suddenly I saw my wait time go back to “15 minutes”. No explanation offered by any staff. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at one of your locations. I don’t plan on returning.

Very happy with the girl that cut my sons hair. He had it done fir the ROTC Ball, and she did it just as asked. Wish I could remember her name! It’s unfortunate how hard it is to find someone who can do a good job without them being a stylist. Nit sure if she is or not, but excellent job!!

Recently got a hair cut from there and while the place was busy before I was up, there was no one behind me and lady still rushed my haircut and ended up cutting a swirly pattern into the back of my head. This is twice in a row that I’ve been to separate locations with the same outcome. Sad to say, I’ve been going there for years for all of my haircuts, I will no longer be going there.

The walking wait time is usually 25 mins. Better to book the timing for better experience. The hair cut was quick and even the wash was quick. Little soap foam was left on ear and used the hot towel to clean up. The hot towel with massage chair while hair wash is good and relaxing.

This place is probably okay for typical clipper cuts but my son wanted a more modern stylish cut that required basic skills with scissors and it turned out a total mess. I could have saved the $25 and accomplished the same mess at home. I don’t recommend this place for anything more than a military cut.

This location is almost always super busy! The online Check-In App is the way to go. Its on point everytime. You sign in, the app tells you when to leave your location, upon arrival you check in at store kiosk and wait a few more minutes for your stylist. We’ve never waited more than 10 minutes upon arrival. Everyone is super friendly! They keep my son’s last haircut on file. Unless we want to deviate from that they do it again or complete what my son asks for. We don’t go anywhere else.
