We have been coming to sports clips for several years and this is by far the worst visit ever. The customer service has definitely taken a turn for the worst. I called before we came in because my son has decided to go with a longer cut I wanted to make sure that that would be OK and was met with feeling like I had insulted them. I went ahead and did the online registration and showed up 15 minutes before our scheduled time. We sat in the waiting area watching the countdown all the way to 5 minutes then the 5 minutes turned into 30 with the screen continuing to say 5 minutes. There were no other people on the screen. There were several open stylist and no one offered or even spoke to us about possibly having another stylist cut my son’s hair. After sitting there for over an hour we left. At least 15 minutes after we left we got the text that we were next up on deck. Truly disappointed

Doors did not open at 9am. Three women showed up about 9:02 and one claimed the power was out so it would be a bit before they were ready. The power was on and had nothing to do with three employees showing up late to work. The woman who claimed the power was an issue then sped off in a shopping parking lot like she was at a drag race.

Went in for a haircut. Selected first available stylist at check-in with fingers crossed – not expecting to have a better than ok experience. My stylist Krashenda not only was my lucky draw but she provided excellent service and the best haircut I have had in many years! On the very first try. She was very welcoming and patient and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. Sometimes stylist do what they want but Krashenda made sure to make me feel like her only priority and like a true MVP. She is now on my all-star team and will be my MVP moving forward. Thanks for exceeding my expectations Krashenda – you have earned my loyalty in return! Next time you you can do the gel, which I never let any stylist do…haha! #teamwork #dreamwork #krashenda

My experience was awful! The wait was suppose to be 45 minutes. at about 44minutes the chart said I was on deck! Three ladies were just standing around talking with more people waitng! I was next and they took three people in front of me! they then moved me to a thirty nine minute wait as a no show!!!!!!! I never left the waiting area!!!!
