Absolute worst experience. This is my first time coming to a sports clips. Went in and checked in at 3:30 on a Saturday. I was told it was going to be an hour and a half wait and I asked if I should come back at 5. I received a text on my phone at 4:30 telling me They would be ready in 15. I walked in at 4:50.

First they mess up my haircut from what they had in the notes, secondly they still messed it up and apparently don’t know what a fade is.
