I used the same cutter for 30 years until she decided to retire, our neighbors suggested Sport Clips. My wife was the first to go and totally loved Natasha and the way she cut her hair. I have to admit I was skeptical but the moment I walked in the door I noticed how clean the shop was, next I saw Natasha cutting the hair of a young child, she was patient and the boy seemed to really comfortable with her. When they left Natasha immediately proceeded to clean her station which included vacuuming and wiping down all her equipment. I was next up and was greeted and made to feel welcome as she inquired as how I wanted my haircut cut. when she was done I have to say she did an outstanding job, and the cut was as good ( if not better) as I had been getting the last 30 years..Kudos to Sport Clips and Natasha for their professional and courteous service, Natasha is an exceptional employee who deserves recognition from Sport Clips….

The main manager is nice but online and in-store system is screwed constantly by the cashier. Today, 10 Sep 22, 1630 hrs, we were “in-store” physically waiting with my son’s name as #1 next on the list and then they skipped him and they pushed his name to the bottom of the list after already waiting one hour. I had to argue for him to be served and they women act like they don’t know anything about their own system or even seem to be aware who is sitting and waiting. Don’t recommend!!!

I and my son have been going there for 4 years and today should’ve been a normal visit. We got lucky and were told we’d be next if no one else came in, no one else had came in but the manager, becca, came and took the person next in line simply because they were waiting for her. This resulted in all the other people who weren’t in shop showing up and instead of a 20 minute wait it turned into a 2 hour wait. This kind of favoritism is ridiculous when there is a list they are supposed to follow. I will not be taking my business there any longer while she is there and I’m still trying to get my season pass renewed for unused haircuts.
