This was hands down one of the best hair cut experiences I’ve had! I was greeted by Hannah immediately when I came in the door she was very pleasant. As a disabeled vet it’s very hard for me to be in public let alone do things like get a haircut. Not only was Hannah absolutely amazingly patient and understanding she did one of the best haircut an bead trims I’ve ever had. She did not just hurry an push you out the door she took her time and made sure i looked extra pretty lol. You can be sure I will be back thanks Hannah!

I received the WORST haircut and treatment today , I never met someone so rude from the get go . Instantly complained about being called into work when I sat down (mind you it was 3pm) , then she asked me what I did for a living , and trashed what I did the entire haircut . I’ve never been so uncomfortable. I had a feeling I was about to receive a bad hair cut , when I got home it was way worse than I could think . I’m going to have to shave my head she butchered me . This is complete nonsense to take your day out on someone ! FYI , I’ve been to this location multiple times , received great customer service . This last visit is just shocking , it’s not the worst experience I’ve had with a hair cut , it’s the worst experience I’ve had spending money . To the manager that called her in , correct this !! Haircut was 5-16-22.

This was the worst hair cut I have ever had. I came in with 3-4″ long hair, said I wanted it short, and 10 minutes later had a 1/4″ buzz cut. I can’t see much without my glasses, but gasped when I put them back on. It will take months to get back to a grown-up hair style. I’m 73. My wife gasped when she saw it also. Buzz cut

I went in and check in on the store computer. I was not greeted and assumed the employees were busy. When I walked in, the lobby was empty. After approximately 35 to 40 minutes I was bumped in queue I questioned one of the women working. I was told that online check ins supersede walk in check ins. I was told I could leave after asking for the remote. Very rude, won’t be coming back. Long time customer, first time poster.

While the haircut was nice and the employees were fantastic and the price was fair. The wait was ridiculous. I signed in online I had an estimated 45 minute wait. I got there five minutes before the 45 minutes was up. Waited another 1.75 hours before It was my turn for a haircut. This would be a 5 star review if they considered my time to be valuable.
