The estimated wait time will eventually reach 0, and then you have an additional 30 minutes to wait haha and they won’t say sorry for the wait, they won’t greet you, they will just lazily get around to you when it suits them. Every time I’ve ever visited this location that’s been my experience. TERRIBLE customer service they are borderline rude to you the entire time and the haircuts are sub par as well.

Never seen such level of arrogance and unprofessionalism,the owner even went further to be abusive because I posted a review he did not like.what else will a customers do if owner smoovy gets downright nasty as to ask me how I lay with a men that stinks.It goes to show that customers are unprotected from bad treatment because the owner will take sides with the barber to an extent of being personal.I’m sorry but people don’t ever forget how you make them feel,I don’t care how well you cut hair,how you treat people matters.
