Worth the wait. I’ve been to a few places and some have been sort of OK with their quality of cuts and services. My kids were very happy with their cuts and I myself was impressed with the speed and quality of the cuts they received. I waited for some time because we walked in with no appointment but it gave me a chance to see the work they had done on other customers and they appeared to be very happy with their service. I had the MVP service and this was my first time at sport clips and I was very happy with the level of service from the scalp treatment to the cut. Their staff was friendly and greeted me upon beginning my cut in a professional manner unlike many other places that rush you back and hurry you along and it made me feel like they actually cared about me as a customer. Sierra cut my youngest boys hair and she was so fast and it looked so good I was really impressed.

They do an excellent job, and the hair stylists here are great- but don’t think you’ll beat the wait by showing up here early on a Saturday morning. Still going to be 5-15 people waiting to get in ahead of you.

They don’t take appointments. The only way to get something if it is too sing in online then show up and sign in m this is great because it mostly opens up a large wire l window to be served quickly. There all really good people and love it there.

Great experience, cool idea! The shop is set up like a locker room, open and not cluttered with hair accessories like some salons. We easily checked in through the app and were given text updates as to when our stylist would be ready so we didn’t have to sit around waiting. Our stylist, Savannah, is amazing! She is absolutely the best in town! She has been great with all our kids and always does an amazing job! Highly recommended!

I’ve been coming for years now and today I did not like the service I always pay $22 for the varsity and always add my tip. I get there show the picture of what I want she says ok then I asked for a shape up she says oh that’s $10 extra. I said oh I said I’ve never been told. She like that’s what I was told. I stay quiet she finished the cut I go to pay comes out to $32 for the varsity I said did the prices increase she goes oh I’ve always been told it’s $10 more looks at the other person and she doesn’t say anything but yeah. The haircut ended in $39 because I added the tip. My thing is if the prices changed display that including the extras and let people know and make sure the employees are sure about what they are charging people, not just say that’s what I’ve been told and look like you don’t know. Again I’ve never been charged the $10 by anybody in the last couple years I’ve been going. She was nice and maybe it’s not her fault but everyone needs to be in the same page.

They take their time cleaning so that way the online appointments get taken care of even if you sign in online. I got there early bc my app was messing up and watched two of them do this too 3 people. I understand waiting but when they deliberately take time cleaning or fixing their make up. So you lost a customer

Awesome experience first time taking my son here wait time wasn’t long. we were waiting for first available and Marrissa was his stylist today and she did amazing job was real gentle and sweet to him he stayed calm and this was the first time he didn’t fuss at all she did amazing job cutting his hair definitely recommend her and definitely will be going back!!!

Nobody speaks to you upon entrance….sat for 10-15 minutes before I figured out for myself that I needed to sign in with the computer…. Just rude personnel who don’t seem to care….
