Awful experience! I told stylist which unfortunately I can’t remember their name but I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in. My hair is long and I wanted it short/buzzed off short, they proceeded to tell me they knew what they were doing when I said I wanted it even shorter then what they were doing. I told them I wasn’t happy with the cut and they said this is what I asked for. I then was charged $55 for a basic haircut. The next day I took my business to another hair salon because I was so unhappy.
