Tried to book with the app on Friday afternoon after 1pm and could never get a time. Called the store and was told they are closing early. Cool. Show up first thing Saturday to a line out the door. It’d be nice if you could use the app (since they so highly encourage it) to book instead of having to show up early and get in line. Also might avoid the lines first thing if you stayed open as advertised. Unprofessional. And the only good stylist is Gigi.

Finally was able to get my haircut here after not being able for over a month, close to two months because of the long wait times and reaching capacity. The girl who cut my hair was very friendly and did a really great job. Cassie deserves a raise for the excellent service. This location is my favorite sportclips to come to.

One of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. Said to not take any off the top. She cut off several inches. It is uneven and overall horrible. I needed it trimmed for a funeral. It was butchered. I typically don’t go to sport clips but was in a hurry and didn’t think it could be that bad. I definitely would not recommend and will not be going back.

Glacially slow. Decent haircut, not worth the wait. Showed up after my recommended arrival time, waited for nearly 20 minutes and literally ran out of available time. Did not get a haircut this time, and likely will be the last time I go to this store. I’ve never had a quick visit, and the cut is not good enough to justify the wait. Don’t try if you have anything on your calendar at all.

The stylist that cut my sons hair messed it up. Which, everyone is entitled to make mistakes, that I am not upset about. What is upsetting is the unapologetic approach the stylist took when we voiced our opinion. She stated we should “just use gel”. It was cut far too short on the sides, therefore blending the hair was not an option. I would of given it a 1, but my other two kids hair looks decent. Definitely will never be returning

We only have time for haircuts for kids for the kids on Saturday morning. There is always a line down the walkway. The employees are usually opening on time. My complaint is that they’re always stacked on Saturday morning and never have more than 2 stylists scheduled to work. Now suddenly if your not in line at the front you have a 1.5hr wait. No one knows how to work the TV’s. Finally, the app is not helpful if your trying to get there early as it won’t let you log in until after the doors are open for 5 minutes, and half the time it doesn’t work for me anyway. I don’t rate businesses often but we have tried to get services here a number of times and still nothing changes (in over a year). I will say there are several staff that cut hair very well for my 2 & 4 year old and for that I am grateful.
