All did a pretty good job, with the exception of one… but she was a new hire fresh out of school. I shared this bad experience with the manager who cut my hair on the next visit, and she wanted to make it right by giving me a huge discount and free upgrade to vip.

Jae doesn’t know how to do a low fade (gave me a high and tight) and isn’t talkative so the experience felt awkward. Do not recommend Jae as she also feels new and unexperienced.
