Today April 14th at 3:28 pm I called to ask wait times for myself and the lady on the phone said there’s no wait time. She then proceeds to ask me “is this for yourself” and I say “yes, is that ok?” She says “well you do know we cater to men right?” And I told her “I know but I always go to the one on 59 and they take me with no problem at all” she said they mostly cater to men and then said a customer just walked in and hangs up! Pretty sure that’s discrimination. If you don’t know how to cut woman’s hair too then maybe you should learn or not work there. I just wanted to treat myself to something nice today becuase im having a bad day and this made it worse

My 1st and last time here!! Extremely. overpriced $20 to have back and sides ONLY tapered and I could not complete my payment transaction until I selected a tip amount. I did not want to leave a tip, I asked for tapered and was shaved near bald and she cut a plug near the front. Take the drive to Great Clips!!
