I have never been to a sport cuts before. The price is higher than even most private salons for basic haircuts. The atmosphere was nice but after a 40 minute wait in a mostly empty waiting room my only interaction with salon staff was being yelled hi at from across the building and it was so slow I finished my cut elsewhere before the text notification letting me know it was almost time for my cut. I know we are all short staffed due to pandemic times. But that was ridiculous. I will not be back to any sport cuts anywhere.

I use Sports Clips all the time for my haircuts, not always the same location, but the haircuts and individuals doing the haircuts always do a pretty good job. I always get the Ultimate MVP. Today was a different experience. Emiliya was the lady cutting my hair. Not only did she not even offer the MVP or ultimate, but also seemed a bit lost as to what she was doing. My hair definitely got cut but what a terrible attitude and sales presence. It was like she just did not want to be there. I always tip well too…not this time. Emiliya will be on my do not touch list.

Waited in line for 45 minutes and then they passed me up i was number one on the list and they kept taking other people. Said they were under staffed so either the management is incompetant or they have a out of date system that isnt managed well. Two hours a waste of my day i will never use this company or store again.
