Sport Clips Haircuts of South Loop Chicago

Critical: QualityI come to this sport clips for nearly all my haircuts these past 2 years. This evening the training stylist just hacked my hair. I specifically said I loved the length of my hair but needed the sides cleaned up. When asked what guard I said usually a zero but since it is winter and I want something to match with the length. My haircut is all uneven and the trainer tried to fix because she saw it was off. When I got home I found it ridiculous uneven and just a mess. Very disappointed.UPDATE: I went back and I got a great clean haircut that was the perfect fade. I did not mention that I was the one who left this review so it seemed like an objective overall experience. I come to this sport clips for nearly all my haircuts these past 2 years. This evening the training stylist just hacked my hair. I specifically said I loved the length of my hair but needed the sides cleaned up. When asked what guard I said usually a zero but since it is winter and I want something to match with the length. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTook my son in to get a hair cut and walked out with a botched hair cut! He literally has multiple bald spots and section of his hair just missing! Also, my son is 4 years old and stylist thought it was ok and professional to use curse words in his presence! This place is terrible and I regret every minute of being there.Service: Haircut

Critical: QualityI have come to this location for about 7 months. When I returned 6/30/21. I noticed that the staff had changed. There were two ladies one had blonde hair the other had dark hair. The one with the dark hair cut my hair. It is horrible three different people ask me what the hell happened to your hair. It’s uneven in spots and she cut off by side burns without asking me. Now all of this could be over looked it just hair it will grow back. They were very rude. No please no thank you. They acted as if they were doing you a favor. Even after I tipped her and said thank you to her no response. I cannot be responsible for someone’s short comings or lack of training ( Home and Work ). I do know what happened to the old staff but they were very nice and professional. I have come to this location for about 7 months. When I returned 6/30/21. I noticed that the staff had changed. There were two ladies one had blonde hair the other had dark hair.
