I think that I just had the best haircut of my life from Lindsey today. The whole staff was very friendly, great atmosphere, very professional. Lindsey gave me perfect expectations for what she was going to be doing right before she did it, and how long it was going to take for what I wanted.

So, I checked in online and it was a 50 minute wait, which is fine. However, when I arrived I watched two out of the three hair stylist finish cutting hair and dissappear. The one in the photo returned only to clean her station for 15 minutes brushing the exact same spot for almost 5 minutes and then she disappeared, never to be seen again. Insane lack of consideration that today is a busy day and no care about customers waiting. Ended up taking two hours to get a hair cut after an original 50 minute wait time. Don’t waste your time coming here, the employees don’t want to be here and they treat you as such. Poor management.

This is the best haircut I got in a long time!. I’m always concerned when the stylist doesn’t know what to do with the scissors or has shaking hands. But in this case, Lindsey was very skilled, professional and dedicated. I asked if she was experienced and she proved it. She asks the right questions before getting started on the job and that is important. The MVP treatment is just a plus to the whole pleasant experience. Definitely I’ll be back and hopefully she is not changing careers or move out of state.

This location is terrible. Terrible customer service and no desire to do anything more then they have to. Got to the location at 7:10 they close at 8. They had 2 stylists and each had a client but they wouldn’t take my son. So ridiculous. Went to redwood location and they got us in even though I got there at 7:40. They two only had 2 stylists and multiple people waiting. Don’t waste your time at the south jordan pkwy location. They have terrible workers and owners.

they mainly cut men’s hair but they can cut women’s hair without specific style parameters. I’m allergic to nightshades, they were careful to make sure nothing I was allergic to was in what they were washing my hair with. after haircut while washing hair, there is a massage chair and they have hot towels for face; even without bearded parameters. one face towel while washing hair, one while conditioning hair. there is a scalp massage process which I’m sure was meant to be therapeutic (but I was having pain not related to the experience of my haircut; just like every time I go to the chiropractor I learn more ways to reduce pain) the whole haircut process was an experience. for me they cut around 15 inches off, removed a lot of knots, and kept it long enough to make a ponytail. just what I needed. I learned about different kinds of combs, and conditioner that helps reduce static. it was geographically the closest haircut place I found on a day my hair was again driving me nuts but this time, I did something about it. I was really impressed by the whole process & I would recommend sports clips to anybody.

Took 40 minutes to cut my 6 year olds hair. Messed up on the cut and didn’t mention it. I noticed once we got in the car that the front was uneven and back was very choppy. Called and asked if we could get it fixed but was never contacted back. Had to go somewhere else to fix it up.
