The guy I believe his name is James, worked amazingly on my hair. Not only did he get it exactly how I wanted it (unlike the last 2 times where it was off), but he even explained in terms he knows of how I wanted my hair before even starting on it. He also took care of my facial hair, lining it up perfectly with my hair, asking to make sure I’m okay with it before he did it, but didn’t even need me to ask! Honestly when I go back in maybe half a year or so, I definitely wanna wait till he’s there since he did so well.

There were two people in there when I got there. Apparently now you have to book online. So I booked online. Started with an hour wait. Sat for an hour. Just as I was next in line, I got bumped up another 20 mins out of nowhere. Needless to say, horrible system. Plus they only have two people working. I informed the girl I had to cancel because I needed to head to work, and she just blew me off like I was unimportant. Will never use this place.

The service was great back in June. I’ve been having my hair cut there for the last 2 years and loved it. Went back mid July to find that the doors were closed despite the business hours being listed as open. Its now been atleast 3 weeks and the business is still closed. There’s a sign on the door that initially said they were opening on 7/22, then it changed to 8/2, now it says 8/12.
