I took my 7 year old stepson to get his haircut. He has doesn’t sit without moving very much. I was worried about having issues with him. There were 2 ladies in the shop at the time. It wasn’t very busy. Ronnie cut my stepson’s hair. She explained the differences in the lengths of the shears. She was very patient and sweet to my stepson. She told him about her own grandson. She treated him like a VIP! She washed his hair, offered him the streaming towel, have him a neck massage and styled his hair using a vanilla scented hair wax. He was so happy! He kept saying ” This is the Life!” Lol

I’ve been coming here for the past 4 or 5 months to get my haircut but today I left with no haircut. I walked in and there were two hair stylists on duty but their wait list was for an hour and a half. There were about nine names on the wait list and seven of the names were done online and not in store. Maybe I’m just old school but I feel like that if people make the initiative to actually show up and put their name in and say I’m here and ready they should be taken care of first. One of the hairstyles told me that if someone didn’t show up then I would be bumped up but I don’t think that’s right. I’m here now. I shouldn’t have to wait on someone who doesn’t even make the initiative to be there on time or maybe not show up at all to get my haircut when I’ve already made the initiative. Looks like I’m going to have to find somewhere else to get my haircut for now on
