Critical: ValueI went here today to use the $10 MVP haircut coupon. I told them right away which coupon I had, and they said okay. When she told me it would cost more because I have longer hair I said that’s okay. I only got a trim of about 2 inches. They didn’t do anything else on the coupon: shampoo, steam towel, or massage, and those are the reasons why I went there and agreed to pay extra. When I was done they charged me $30 for only a trim (spritzed my hair with water and brushed it), and none of the other services. I did tip as well, but I was upset that I wasn’t given any of the services on the coupon I brought that they said they would honor. I wasn’t getting a great feeling there as they seemed short-staffed and not very welcoming, and I had other things to do, so I decided I wouldn’t bother trying to ask again for the rest while I was there, nor did they ask. I’ve been here twice. The 1st time it was slow picking up the hairstylist didn’t listen and it was uneven on both sides after it looked good. I remember she has orange hair, tall, and older. Being around her felt cold. She did it too quickly, I’d prefer if they didn’t rush each haircut.

Brought my son in this morning to his haircut. The staff was welcoming & friendly as soon as we walked in. His stylist was Laura & she did a fantastic job. He sometimes gets nervous & wiggles around. Laura was very patient with him. The cut is fantastic!! We will be back to the Skokie location.

I got a haircut from Stacy just a couple of days ago.I explained how I wanted the cut, and I told her specifically to cut the front hair only about 1 millimeter. When she was done with the cut. I saw she cutted a lot. That’s why I said you cut almost one inch. Stacy got angry and treated me so rude. If the owner or manager read my review ,please talk to your employees.
