I called for an appointment but was told they don’t offer appointments. He told me that I could go online and enter my information and request a stylist (sounds like an appointment to me). I told him that I don’t understand. He then asked for my phone number so he could find me in their system. I told him I’ve never been there before. He then told me that it would not be possible, at which point I gave up. It may be an issue with this individuals dialect and heavy accent. They should consider investing in a receptionist with good communication skills.

This Sport Clips location had pretty fast service for a Saturday afternoon, which was really nice. I utilized the online wait time estimate to help decide when to go. When I got there I didn’t have to wait and my haircut was pretty quick. The reason for the low ranking is due to some uneven portions of hair that I did not notice until I got home. The unevenness was pretty bad and I had to do corrections with my own clippers. I will probably try a different barber next.

Very disappointing experience … Though I don’t mind their system not working in the beginning the service was disappointing . The agent was not ready to listen to my request and finally ended up completely spoiling my hair . She was in a hurry to finish and .. if you are looking for neat and clean cut then this is not the place .. as the name suggest it may be good for sports style cut . Check in is good, but my 11 year olds hair cut was not good. She gave him such an unnatural edge around his hairline. Not sure what she was thinking. At check out my son wanted a recommended hair gel so we bought it at $20. Steep yes however when we got home and he opened it to use it, no seal to let us kniw if it was new or not… plus it looked like haf was missing. Not a good value so we will not return. This is the Sienna location.

I’m a sucker for convenience with this place being right in my backyard. But at the same time they really are delightful. It’s the only place that I have had my haircut since I moved to Missouri City last year. The downside of a really great shop is that it’s always busy. If you don’t choose your time carefully, you will have to wait for a chair. Wonderful staff, great cost to benefit.
