Literally awful. They didn’t listen to any of my directions and instead of cleaning up my hair like I requested I got a bowl cut. On top of that my head probably got 10 dents from the force they used on chopping all my hair off except the top. They stabbed into my head so that I did not have enough time to even tell them to stop. I have had good experiences here, but this is literally the worst haircut I have ever gotten.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityCame in to maintain undercut shave. Stylist didn’t even follow the outline and just roughly dragged the machine through my hair. She shaved too far and messed up the style.. she took too much and saw long hair on the floor. something so simple and she messed up.

The Sport Clips location in Shorewood Illinois is my go-to place to receive a quality hair styling for a reasonable price. I have been a regular customer since this location opened. My stylist at my most recent visit, Jackie, offered recommendations for styling. All the stylists here are professional, and they will work with you. Neve had a poor experience yet. A five star review is well deserved!
