Love this location and the stylists! Have 3 teenage boys who get haircuts almost monthly! It is a little more expensive than say a great clips haircut. Reason to go to Sports clips is they hands down know how to cut mens hair. They’re haircut look so much nicer and more than detailed than at other places. The do clean ups in between cuts which is awesome. Location is comfortable and everyone in the place is nice and inviting. Will continue to go back. Only gave 1 less star because sometimes it’s super busy and wait gets long. However, I wait because I know it will be worth it. Thank you!

I followed the waiting list on my phone. 15 minutes after my expected time, the person below me jumps me on the list, giving me another 16 minute wait. I go inside to let them know and they ask me ‘did you check in?’, and I say I have already been in and the person just jumped me on the list – they say it will be a few more minutes – really!!!??? It’s 16 more minutes (over 30 minutes late). Unprofessional! You just lost a customer………You missed the point. I checked in, you told me to wait in my car and then you let someone in the lobby jump me – you didn’t come out and get me (there were 2 adults and a child in the lobby – how is that safe?). If you put procedures in place then follow them. Because you let someone jump me it was an additional 16 minutes (over 30 minutes at a minimum DELAY!). Hard to review this one. Location is good. Place was clean. Atmosphere was the good. However my haircut was subpar at best. I would go into details but its not worth it because it was one particular stylist, not the entire staff nor the business.
