One of the workers in here refuses to cut my hair every time I show up. Not sure what I did but this has happened the last 4 times I’ve come to this location. She will literally just walk to the back and stay there for over 30 minutes when my turn comes around on their list.

Unlike the salons I checked before going to Sports Clips they allowed me to check-in for a haircut with only a few minutes before closing time and 3 people ahead of me. She didn’t even begin to cut my daughter’s hair until 30 minutes after they closed plus taking her time and researching hair pics to confirm she knew exactly what my 8yr old daughter wanted making it almost 8pm once finished. So thank you for staying that extra hour to make my life easier Sport’s Clips!! Little did the other salon know (which “was” my regular place) I would’ve tipped very graciously! They assume a mother with 3 children isn’t worth their extra time, but they’re wrong!

Critical: ProfessionalismI walk in with my 2 boys. There are 3 barbers. My two boys go back to get their haircut. A friend of the 3rd barber walks in and gets to cut the line after I had already been waiting 20-30 minutes. Now my boys are done getting their hair cut and I’m still sitting there waiting, because their friend’s time was more important than mine. Not only that, but the boys have to wait for me to get a cut from start to finish now.I left without the haircut and will not be returning. The franchising of America’s barber shops has driven the price up and the quality down on haircuts. I have been more than patient with the new barbers that have started at this store over the years. Very very nice atmosphere. My son is 13 and hates haircuts. We tried this place and they treated him so well. Talked to him like a person instead of a little kid. We will definitely be back and recommend to others

I forget who cut my hair, but she did an ok job. I felt a little rushed and felt like all she did was a shape up. I do not think she even touch the top of my head. Nonetheless it looked better than it did prior to going in, but my next trip I’ll make sure to get someone else. I did like the atmosphere, everything seemed clean, and we will see how the next appt goes.
