They gave my 7 year old such a bad, patchy haircut that I had to actually go over and ask them to even it out – and, as you can see from this photo, it was not even fixed well. He’s going to be a ring-bearer in a wedding and now I have to take him somewhere else and pay for a trim to fix the mess they made at this Severna Park location of Sport Clips. I mention this location because they’ve been to other locations of Sport Clips and received good cuts. The stylist also nicked his ear with the clipper and the attitude/customer service was terrible. I will never bring my kids back. I could have probably done a better job myself.

Do NOT let Raschida cut your hair. Does not know how to blend a fade properly; resulted in an extremely high cut as I kept having to have her go back over it. Did not want to listen nor paid attention to the quality of her work.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve gone to sport clips many times in Annapolis but my stylist left. Just tried Severna Park and got the most hurried butchering of my life. Not a word was spoken other than the absolute minimum by Wendy. No offer of the MVP. She appeared to have very little idea of how to cut hair and it’s obvious based on the results. I’m always very hesitant to write a bad review for a business but this was not a good experience to say the least. I’ve gone to sport clips many times in Annapolis but my stylist left. Just tried Severna Park and got the most hurried butchering of my life. Not a word was spoken other than the absolute minimum by Wendy. No offer of the MVP. She appeared to have very little idea of how to cut hair and it’s obvious based on the results. She started off bad by being annoyed that I made an appointment for 6:30 when they close at 8:00 (it takes, at most, 30 min to cut my hair). I was the only one there. The ladies here are nice, any of them can cut my sons hair for the most part, and never had a bad experience here. Try and tip with cash though… these poor ladies have to wait weeks to get their tips if you use a card to pay which is ridiculous in my opinion. I thank these ladies because I honestly dont think I could work somewhere that does that and still give good customer service.

Atrocious! Christmas Eve I took both my sons for all of us to get haircuts at 3 o’clock. There were three hairstylists and three of us in the building. My 7 year old decided he did not want a haircut and the one hairstylists literally kicked him out on the curb in the rain. After a few select words to her, she offered to give him a free neck trim so he could stay inside. In the end we walked out with butchered haircuts and payed for three full haircuts. Judging by the ladies attitudes on Christmas Eve the terrible haircuts were intentional.
