Finally a place you can get your haircut the way you asked it to be cut. There is nothing more aggravating then ask how you want your hair cut and they cut it the way they like it. Bethany was a hair stylist that greeting me at entrance with very good customer service attitude. They do have a first time client promotion given you there Elite package it comes with either a cold towel or hot towel with massage and shampoo for no additional charge.

You never know what you’re going to get. I asked for a 1-3 fade on the side and about an inch off the top. Even showed a picture of a previous haircut that I received there as an example. Ended up getting no fade. Just 1-1 on the side and she moved my part over so the right side doesn’t match the left side anymore. I’ll have to let it grow out before I can go somewhere else. I’ve had great haircuts there and bad haircuts there. Today’s terrible haircut was the last straw. Not going back. :/

Nice ladies , but it is bit of a coin toss on how the hair cut will turn out . I’ve never had them mess up bad but here an there they’ve messed up but I was able go somewhere else get it fixed no big deal . Not today but the last time the lady cut a gap out of my hair but my sister was able fix. But sometimes they do a really good job , seems like it’s never same ladies there so ya never know who to ask for bad part / coin toss .

Critical: QualityI have been going to this sport clips for 5 plus years. The last 3 visits have been horrible. Uneven sideburns, missed hair in back, no neck trim. I gave them 2 chances after the first bad cut, and received just as equal bad cuts the next two times. The last visit, I took my 4 boys and myself and we all had different sylists. All 5 of our cuts, $100 total, were horrible. I received 5 free cuts from the store owner, and let them expire because I will not be going back.
