Cassi gave me a fantastic experience. She gave me an excellent cut and there was a lot of hair to work with and she made me a completely different person in the best way possible. I got the MVP package, it was all so worth it and the great conversation and interaction just made it that much easier to return to her next time! Haircut

I would give this stores negative stars if that was possible. I am extremely disappointed with this store! I just spent $52 on a hair cut for my brother! Tori was the stylist that cut my brothers hair and he didn’t know how to explain. He clearly said to cut the top of his hair short but not too short. They had taken 0.5 inches and nothing else was done. I went back in to help and explained what happened. Tori was extremely rude and told me to stop talking. My brother wanted the side line and trimmed around the ears. None of it was done. They charged me a second time just to correct the mistakes! I don’t know why I was supposed to even pay that! Ridiculous and atrocious. I am extremely frustrated with this. Also this is pathetic that they have such waiting times for such a terrible store.

My stylist, Chloe, was rude and condescending the whole time. She cut my hair way shorter than what I asked but I couldn’t stop her before it was too late. I’ve had problems with Sports Clips in the past but still chose them today out of convenience. Now I’ve learned my lesson and I will not be returning.

Critical: QualityRequested bald fades for both my sons. When they left the store, their hair was not faded bald. The stylist Sara left the bottom of their hair rounded. This is basic haircutting 101. If you want a clipper cut and sports on tv while you wait and while in the chair it will meet your expectations. However, if you want the stylists to follow your instruction, update notes regarding your current/previous cut, or have hair longer than 1-2″ you might want to find a different place. When my hair was very short I was satisfied 8 times out of 10. But now that I’ve grown it out, I’ve had 3 bad cuts in a row. Good for some, not for me anymore

Decent service in the past though tonight my son and I arrived 40 minutes before closing, no one in line ahead of us with one stylist free and one stylist wrapping up with a client and they turned us alway because they where close to closing. This after tell me that our cuts would take less than 30 minutes for the both of us. Drive 10 minutes longer and have a better experience at a different location
