3rd and last time I bring my kids here for a haircut. I don’t know why I thought this time would be different and the stylist would actually listen to my son and cut his hair how he wanted it. He even brought in a picture and the stylist just cut it how she wanted to and how she thought it should look. 30 percent minimum tip for that kind of customer service?? No thanks

I used to love getting my haircut here. They’d listen to what I wanted and cut it phenomenally. I went there yesterday, and not only was what I wanted completely ignored, but they simply did what was in record for my previous hair cut. As a 17 year old, you’d think they’d understand how important looks are in highschool. I’m not going to be wearing a hat for the next two weeks until it appears I have hair on my head. I’m not coming back here.
