I have been coming here for a few years now. I find their prices are reasonable and I really like the fact that they wash out your hair after each cut. Other places charge extra but this is included with their MVP haircut which is often the same price as most other places for a regular haircut. They keep track of your preferences for your haircut so if you get someone different they have notes. They also allow you to check in ahead online which gives you an idea of what your wait could be. I prefer something other than Sports commentary on the TV but I guess that’s expected with their name. Staff is always pretty friendly and I get my haircut from whoever’s on for that day and things normally come out great. I will continue coming here for its convenience and the service they provide.

My son and I went in for hair cuts. His came out good but the lady that did mine cut a notch to high on my left and the fade is half an inch lower on my right. Wanted an medium high and tight. I look like i am wearing a bad wig. I ended up having to buzz it all off. This is the second time receiving an amateur cut that i could have done myself.

Went with first available stylist. I’ve never had a bad experience with this. The stylist (Ally) verified what I wanted and I reiterated that I wanted the sides of my head trimmed right down to skin smooth. He acknowledged and cut my hair. At the end he told me that he isn’t good at that type of haircut nor does he have the trimmer to do it (every other stylist I’ve gone to here does) and he couldn’t do it. So I got to pay full price for a haircut I didn’t want. Had he told me in the beginning he couldn’t do what I was paying for I would have waited or gone somewhere else.

Went with the first available associate that happened to be Ally. It was the fastest hair cut I’ve ever had as most of the front and top were missed. I came back and luckily Jen was there to pick up the slack and fix what was not addressed the first time. Not sure I’ll be going back to this location.

The (fat lady) didn’t have time to cut my hair apparently because she was in a huge rush she was sitting with her other employee talking before I walked in so I probably interrupted her talking time I asked her to trim it and it was still very long after so I asked her to trim some more and she threw her scissors on the counter and said I’m getting the clippers and very forcefully clipped 90% of my hair off I was very upset and will never go back 0 stars for me
